Information we collect from Employees:

We may receive personal information about our users from their employers or through their use of the Platform. This may include their name, age, company email address, company telephone number, job title, level of seniority, department, work start date, birth year, and immediate manager. This information is used to create a user profile that enables access to the Platform and facilitates the sending of surveys, feedback requests, and other communications. We take every measure to protect the confidentiality and privacy of this information and use it solely to provide our services to our users.

Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our users is our top priority. We ensure that individual survey responses are never disclosed and only present aggregated data based on a normal distribution. Our approach to data analysis combines data from multiple users to generate statistical summaries that highlight trends and patterns while preserving the anonymity of our users.

If in the future will we use individual answers, we would only do so to provide users with insights into their own wellbeing, with their explicit consent. How long do we keep your personal data for:

If your employer removes you from their workspace, we will retain your data to provide you with the opportunity to access historical data at a later point, such as tracking personal wellbeing or bringing data into a new workspace with a new employer. However, if you delete your personal account, we will anonymize or delete your personal data.

We will not store your personal data for longer than is reasonably necessary to fulfill our obligations under this Privacy Policy or in accordance with our legal rights and obligations. Please note that aggregated and anonymized data, as well as any information other than personal data, can be stored indefinitely.
