Before, Dan Rose from Todai, didn’t know what was important as a leader. He does today.

Before Dan from Todai implemented Successteam, his biggest challenge was not knowing what was important to focus on concerning employee satisfaction. He lacked the insight into his teams’ wellbeing that would allow him to understand how to take action and solve potential problems before they become too severe.
