Successteam was founded by leaders – and built for leaders. We created what we ourselves were missing: a simple solution that provides real insight and makes it easy to act on what truly matters.
Successteam is headquartered in Carlsberg City, Copenhagen, but we work across borders. For example, a large part of our development team is based in Romania, and we’re proud to represent multiple nationalities.
Our mission is clear: to build a product that delivers real value to people – both leaders and employees.
