How does it work?
When you activate our Leadership Evaluation – either as part of your Essential subscription or as a standalone purchase – there are two ways to get started:
1. You already have leadership principles
In that case, we tailor a question framework to match your existing principles. We do this through interviews and analysis, ensuring that the questions reflect your values and desired leadership behaviors.
2. You haven't defined your principles yet
No problem! We help you create a strong leadership code through a one-day workshop where, with our guidance, you define the principles that resonate with your culture and team.

Once your principles are in place
We translate your principles into concrete statements that employees respond to regularly – typically once a month. Over time, you get a clear picture of how leadership is perceived in practice, and whether your leaders are living up to the shared principles.
By default, we deliver a quarterly leadership report – but the frequency can be adjusted to fit your needs.
From insight to action
We also offer facilitated workshops where we dive into your results and work hands-on with the areas highlighted by the data. This ensures feedback turns into real change – and becomes embedded in the leadership team.
